Below you will find basic information on some potentially significant development proposals for Clive parish. This page will be updated on an ad hoc basis. 1. South of Station Road (CLV010) - No planning application as yet

2. Flemley Park (land South of High Street) - 25/03979/OUT

Proposal: Outline application for residential development (to include access)

This  application is in Outline, with only the principle of development along with the access to be considered at this stage. Housing numbers, layout, scale, appearance and landscaping are reserved for later approval within a subsequent Reserved Matters application.

Comments deadlines

Members of the public): 20.11.2025

Parish Council: 27.11.2025 - This application will therefore be considered at the November Parish Council meeting on 20.11.2025

 

3. Land Adjacent To The Bungalow, High Street - 25/04005/OUT

Proposal: Outline application for residential development (to include access)

This application is in Outline, with only the principle of development along with the access to be considered at this stage. Housing numbers, layout, scale, appearance and landscaping are reserved for later approval within a subsequent Reserved Matters application.

Parish Council: 30.11.2025 - This application will therefore be considered at the November Parish Council meeting on 20.11.2025

Planning alerts

You will not automatically be notified of planning applications on nearby properties unless Shropshire Council considers you a direct neighbour. You can however set up your own planning alerts by using the Map Search tool on the Shropshire Planning Portal. Login to your account, click Search, Planning, then Map Search, and find the relevant point on the map. Then use the Search tool (magnifying glass symbol) to choose either a rectangular search area, or a circular search area (radius of 50m, 100m, 500m or 1km). You can save the search and choose to be notified of any applications within the specified area.
