*UPDATE* Re-consultations on 3 x development proposals for Clive

Re-consultation for amended planning applications, Station Road (ref: 25/03814/OUT), Flemley Park (ref: 25/03979/OUT) and Land adjacent to The Bungalow (ref: 25/04005/OUT).
The above planning applications have all been amended with additional information now available on the SC Planning Portal. These amendments are now under re-consultation. All three aplications will be considered by the PC at the March meeting on 19.03.2026 HOWEVER, please check the comments deadlines below; the general public has less time to submit comments than the PC does.
1. Flemley Park (land South of High Street) - 25/03979/OUT (links to SC Planning Portal)
Proposal: Outline application for residential development (to include access)
Status: Re-consultation on amended application.
