Re-consultation for amended planning applications, Flemley Park (ref: 25/03979/OUT) and Land adjacent to The Bungalow (ref: 25/04005/OUT). Comments deadline 13.03.2026

The above planning applications have been amended with additional information now available on the SC Planning Portal. These amendments are now under re-consultation. The Parish Council has been granted an extension to consider these applications at the March meeting, but it appears that the deadline for comments from members of the public is still 13.03.2026. Residents are encouraged to read the amended documents and submit their own comments before the deadline of 13th March 2026.

1. Flemley Park (land South of High Street) - 25/03979/OUT (links to SC Planning Portal)

Proposal: Outline application for residential development (to include access)

Status: Re-consultation on amended application.

Comments deadlines:

Members of the public: 13.03.2026

Parish Council: 20.03.2026 - The amended application will be considered at the March Parish Council meeting on 19.03.2026

2. Land Adjacent To The Bungalow, High Street - 25/04005/OUT (links to SC Planning Portal)

Proposal: Outline application for residential development (to include access)

Status: Re-consultation on amended application.
